can i freeze homemade yorkshire puddings?

never done it b4, and dont like aunt bessies as find them too artificial for my tastes.

Yes, freeze them after they are cool and then put them back in the oven straight from the freezer when you want them.HTH

Yes you can. Let it settle after mixing or you get air bubbles frozen in which cause the pud to sink when cooking.

our pub chef makes yorkshire puds and freezes them - they're yum!
