Jelly made Thursday - ok to eat today or not?

I made some Thurs for dc and friends for tea, but the blimmin stuff took so long to set they couldn't have it.

We've been out a lot over the last few days and didn't manage to eat it. Could dc eat it safely today would you think?

Assuming it's been in the fridge, then yes, it should be absolutely fine.

As long as you didn't make it with chicken.
