B. Eggs filled with mustard, vinegar, maggie, oil and salt - anyone else have this wierd Easter tradition?

It's just that my DH used to do it growing up. It is disgusting btw, but it reminds him of his childhood so we all have to do it.

His Mum was originally from East Germany. Don't know if that is where it came from.

Anyone else do this or give me a clue about the tradition?

Many TIA

What's a B. Egg? And what's maggie?

FlyMeToDunoon · 12/04/2009 12:02

What is maggie doing in there?

Not sure it if it actually 'called' maggi (I don't think it has an 'e' - sorry) or whether it is the brand. It is a kind of seasoning.

B. Egg is 'boiled egg' - sorry.
