Does anyone have a copy of February's GoodFood Magazine? I'm after a curry recipe in it

It was a Jamie Oliver recipe and I've lost my copy of the magazine and I can't find out what the ingredients are to his Chicken Curry.

So far I've got the following

Dessicated Coconut
Coconut Milk
Curry Paste - Corriander & Something
Ginger
Chicken
Onion
Garlic
Corriandar

Have I missed anything?

Have got about 3 years worth

I've just recently started keeping my cookery mags- I have GoodFood, EasyCook and EasyFood and discovered a new one this week called Eat In.

I also have quite a few Delicious and Olive mags

IO also have the Sainsbury's mags and a couple of the asda ones.

I manage to collect all goodfood and delicious and anything else i can get my hands on but lost this copy after making the curry and it was lovely. Must back order it I think.

I always thought I was strange for keeping them all.

Mine are all on the floor (in a neat pile) in the bedroom next to the dressing table and I read them when I go to bed

I keep mine in a huge trunk near the bed. Their in 3 piles sorted according to magazine and date published.

I've been through mine for the last 10 years and taken all the relevant recipes info etc and put them all into large ring binders. I now have 8 ring binders taking up the space instead.

Ah, I actually have in front of me a ring binder kind of thing with all the recipes I took out of the three years worth before this lot of three years worth!
