salmon parcels (with potatoes and green veg)
bangers and mash (we have with baked beans, peas or sprouts)
noodles with some kind of stirfry meat or veg and chinese sauce from a sachet

Hey I saw a thing in "Red" or some sucvh recently - take the skins off sausages and squash the meat flat to make mini burgers. I thought it sounded great and plan to try it. DP laughed! (still will though).

Lentil and root vege soup with spices and coconut milk, served with naan bread

Big pan of roasted vege with veggie sausages and yorkies plus savoy cabbage and stuffing

Wholemeal penne with red pesto and roasted vege
