sausage pasta sauce (bolognese made with good quality sausage meat instead of mince - makes a change)
macaroni cheese
cottage/shepherds pie
chorizo and bean stew with couscous
homemade pesto and spaghetti
coq au vin and baked potato

spag bol
salmon parcels (with potatoes and green veg)
bangers and mash (we have with baked beans, peas or sprouts)
noodles with some kind of stirfry meat or veg and chinese sauce from a sachet

king prawn fajitas
salmon or lemon sole with lemon and coriander cous cous
lasagne
roasted veg with cheese sauce and yorkshires

those are our 4 favourites (we don't eat meat btw)

Hey I saw a thing in "Red" or some sucvh recently - take the skins off sausages and squash the meat flat to make mini burgers. I thought it sounded great and plan to try it. DP laughed! (still will though).
