TinyGang · 20/04/2005 16:21

I wonder if ther's such a thing as a homemade turkey twizzler...?

JoolsToo · 20/04/2005 17:22

bundle - you can blow glass too?

hoxtonchick · 20/04/2005 17:24

Twiglett · 20/04/2005 18:06

simple old pasta bianco is a fave in our house

Trinab75 · 20/04/2005 20:36

The recipe for roast chicken and roast potatoes is just fab and my fave so far.

Not tried the stews yet, will have to give them a go.

bundle · 21/04/2005 10:25

no, but i wish i could

taramac · 21/04/2005 10:40

Is this book worth buying then? Have his others and only use them occasionally plus I dont eat meat - just fish. But did make the veggie sauce printed on other thread and loved it - opinions?

taramac · 21/04/2005 10:54

Recipe for pesto wld be much appreciated bundle please!

bundle · 21/04/2005 13:21

here you go taramac,it's a sort of hybrid of the jamie oliver/nigel slater one - ie i'm not v strict on quantities! - but around a handful of pine nuts with a crushed clove of garlic, two or three handsful of basil leaves, whizz in processor and add extra virgin olive oil gradually until gooey but not sloppy. i also add a squirt of lemon juice. then fold in finely grated parmesan and keep in a screwtop jar in fridge. you may want to add more olive oil when you use it if it's thick
