Gluten free desserts anybody?

I'm going to a dinner party and have offered to take dessert.

There will somebody there who can only eat gluten free. I'm not intending to cook, just buy something nice from M&S, Waitrose etc.

Does anybody know of any desserts that happen to be gluten free? Alternatively, any ice cream that is gluten free that I could serve with fruit?

Is all fruit gluten free?

Sainsbury's stock a couple of frozen wheatfree deserts by Almondbury (think that is spelled correctly!!) dime bar cheesecake and a lemon one too. I think Tesco stock them too

helpful thread as i have guests for dinner on sunday, one is gluten and dairy free.
apart from meringue with fruit, can anyone suggest a dessert i can just pick up? another guest is bringing dessert but i want to have something in for the guy who is gf and df.

i have a waitrose, M&S, Sainsburys close. TIA.
