  1. Can I freeze buttercream icing?

  2. Pork in curry? Yes or no? I'm after something to do with todays leftovers, there's about 1/3 of the joint left

  1. No idea! Not a baker/cake maker I'm afraid. If it's just butter and sugar creamed together then surely yes. If there's actual cream involved, I would also think yes - but better check with someone who knows more than I.

  1. You can freeze butter and fondant icing so I would guess yes.
  1. Yes. Apparently the flavour inproves on freezing.

right, I'll take that as a yes & a yes then. Off to the freezer I go with the icing & will chop up the pork to freeze later on when it's cooled down.
