Can I make fish stock with salmon fillet skin?

I've just skinned 2 salmon fillets and wondered if it was worth keeping the skin to make a stock. Does anyone know how much water I should add, how long to boil it for and what else I could add? I've got fresh basil, parsley and dill and a lemon. Any suggestions welcome - thanks!

Sounds good - I don't hink I'd cook it for too long though
