Need a really simple chocolate/Easter cake/muffin/biscuit recipe that 9 yr olds can make easily!

I am running a cookery club at School at the moment, next week we are having fun with chocolate (every week so far has been really healthy etc).

We do have a healthy eating policy in place but have been told we can do a one off chocolate treat!

Did think about about chocolate muffins with mini eggs on top but it is the time factor - just over an hr!
Also thought about Easter nests with Shredded Wheat, just a little worried that the children couldn't do that much - IYKWIM!

PS it doesn't have to be chocolate, its just that its our last one before Easter, and would be nice to try and bring eggs or Easter etc into it!

Many thanks

Chocolate chip cookies

150g SR flour
50g margarine
50g sugar
50g chocolate chips
1 egg
1 ? 2 tbsp water

Method
Carefully weigh/measure flour into bowl. (6-rounded tbsp is about right).
Weigh margarine and add to bowl. Rub in as shown.
Stir in the sugar and chocolate chips.
Break egg into a small bowl and beat with a fork.
Add to mixture with just enough water to mix to a soft but not sticky dough.
Divide into 8 even sized pieces and place in rough heaps onto tray.

Bake Gas 6, electric 190*C for 12 ? 15 minutes until golden brown.

This was emailed to me at my request from the teacher that taught my daughter at school to make these - as they are lovely biscuits cookies and you can take out the chocolate chips and put in sultansa if you want.

Chocolate Tiffin
4 oz butter or margarine
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons drinking chocolate
1 tablespoon golden syrup
2 tablespoons raisins
8oz Rich Tea or plain biscuits
5oz Bournville or good quality milk chocolate
Melt the butter and sugar with the syrup in a large pan. Add the
raisins and drinking chocolate and bring to the boil. Allow to
bubble gently for two to three minutes to thicken a little. Meanwhile,
crush the biscuits with a rolling pin. Alternatively, you can grind
them in a food processor to give crumbs, depending on whether you
prefer a smooth or chunky effect. Don't leave the biscuit pieces
too large, however, or the finished slab will tend to break up when
cut. Mix the crumbs well into the melted mixture, coating thoroughly,
press into a lined 7ins by 11ins shallow Swiss roll tin and level
out, pushing down the mixture well. Melt the chocolate carefully
and spread over the top. Leave to set in a cool place then cut into
15 or 24 pieces with a sharp knife.

This is no bake so easy and different as it goes in the fridge.

Thanks guys, i do like the idea of yours Dalek, but I only have 1 microwave and 13 children, so its a bit difficult to melt so much at one time! But thanks anyway, may try and make them at home!(yum!)

Like the idea of the chocolate cookies thou

Thanks
