Can anyone recommend a good slow cooker recipe book.....with vegi recipes as well?

Brand new slow cooker is still unused a year on. I really must try it out.

I bought "Slow Cooking Properly Explained" in WH Smiths. It was cheap and easy to follow. To be honest, once you get going you realise that you don't need a recipe book. You just follow the same initial steps, bung the food in and leave it for hours whilst you get on with life.

I lurv my slow cooker!
