could someone point me in the right direction please no luck in the archives so far!

I make Delia's recipe for Ragu for my sauce to go with all pasta (baked, lasagne etc).
The recipe is on her website. It takes a bit of time to make abut then you just bug it in the oven. There are lots of ingredients but it is worth it IMHO. Don't leave out the chicken livers no matter how much you hate chopping them up - they are important. I make a big batch and freeze it in portions. Excellent.

fry some finely chopped streaky bacon off before the onions, and put a good glass of red wine in after the mince has browned. And plenty of garlic!
