When should I take the curry out of the freezer?

I made a curry on saturday and froze it so I could take it to work tomorrow and dh and dd could have the other bowl for dinner.

When would you take it out the freezer to defrost? Its going to be in the fridge all day tomorrow in work too!

if it's in portions, i would say take it out tomorrow morning and leave in fridge to defrost during the day.

If it's not in portions take out tonight to defrost and then portion up tomorrow morning and keep in fridge.

thanks, do you think it will be defrosted just from being in the fridge for 7 hours?
