Yes.

SlightlyMadScotland · 08/03/2009 10:32

Yeah. Give ut a quick wiff but should be fine.

MerryPonymum · 08/03/2009 10:33

I often use cream well past its official date - it goes unmistakeably bitter when off. If it tastes as it should, no problem IMO.

MerryPonymum · 08/03/2009 10:34

PS can we come. I adore clotted cream and now am dribbling at the thought of a cream tea, have you made scones?

dragonbutter · 08/03/2009 10:36

Not homemade scones i'm afraid. 'Nice' shop ones though.
I bought a huge tub of clotted cream which was cheap because of the use by date. it was cheaper than the small tub.
so sure, you should all pop by for a cream tea because it needs used up.

Hm not sure. Clotted cream always looks a bit dubious anyway to me though.
