very quick and easy..you can add some mushrooms too, and serve with garlic bread.

nancy75 · 05/03/2009 20:43

i make this too, i add asparagus, its really quick to make and lovely (cook the asparagus before you add it to the sauce)

Stuff it in your mouth straight from the packet. I love the stuff, but maybe not the most credit cruch friendly suggestion!

Cook some peas. Drain. Tear up the parma ham. Heat some of your best extra virgin olive oil in a pan. Throw the parma ham in for 30 seconds, then add the peas. Stir to coat it all in the tasty oil. Then serve with crusty bread. YUM!

large mushrooms with cheese of choice with parma ham wrapped round and popped in oven for 20 mins

MuppetsMuggle · 06/03/2009 08:12

Put some olive oil in a pan and heat, get some fresh white cod and wrap the parma ham around, season to your liking, and put into the pan, cook for roughly 5-6 mins each side.
make some sauce which consists of soy sauce, ttouch of worcester sauce, sugar and lemon. Cook some rice, and add the sauce once cooked, put some over the top of the fish once on the plate.

it is yum in this house

Saute sliced onion, julienne of courgettes and sliced mushrooms until soft, add creme fraiche, good handful or two of parmesan, tear parma ham over and str in, season, serve with farfalle pasta. Yum. Kids like it too.

Nice with ripe pears, dolce-whatsit and walnuts. Add a tiny bit of homemade french dressing if you want to spice it up. Great starter or light lunch snacky thing.
