Natural food colourings, eg for icing and jellies

Hi, does anyone know where I can buy natural food colourings which won't make kids go hyper? I really want to make coloured icing for cakes and biscuit decoration, but really don't want to use the "Super Cook" ones you can buy in the supermarket as I'm guessing they are just E numbers... Any suggestions?

For jellies I'm hoping the fruit juice will have enough natural colouring, but didn't want to flavour icing necessarily.

TIA

can't help you with colourings but with jellies the fruit juice seems to be enough - I use a cranberry based juice most of the time.
