How do I stop flapjacks sticking to the greaseproof paper?

I know, it's a really boring question, but I make flapjacks all the time. They never used to stick to the greaseproof paper, but now they do, all the time. Where am I going wrong? Is it to do with leaving them in the oven 5 mins too long?

Use baking parchment MMH. You won't use anything else after trying it I promise! DH introduced me to it...marvellous stuff..nothing sticks. I use it instead of foil too. HTH

I don't use paper, just margarine on the tin. Very rarely stick, even then usualy only on teh edges.

I think you're right. Leaving them in a bit longer makes them stick ime. I use greaseproof paper too.
