Hi, I need some ideas for things I can cook, that I can prepare in advance, that preferably are not too fattening as I am on a diet.
Am on maternity leave so have some time to cook during the day, but tend to be feeding DS just before tea time, so don't have long to cook right before tea.
Oh and preferably not something that takes loads of time, as obviously I don't tend to get 2 hr stretches in which to cook!!
