Help, my DD is such a fussy eater... Lives on mainly junk food (fish finger, chick nuggets etc), ham, cheese, bananas, apples, pears...

Really want to reverse her bad eating habits..

Don't have much time in the day as have 17m twins too ! Also, don't have much cash...

But where do I start?? Not sure if Jamie Olivers approach will work for a pre-schooler?

I have a fussy three year old and a fussy one year old. Have just bought this book and it arrived this morning, and the recipes look great. I can't wait to try them.

Do you think it would be suitable for a 3yo? - Having said that her diet isn't much different from when she was 2, worse in fact ...

Got anymore you would (or not)recommend?

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Annabel Karmel, found her stuff too "fancy" and not all that quick & easy .. but she does a small helpings book....

Cas Clarke, "Great grub for toddlers" and she had a fussy eater herself so she knows!
