But it's just soooo expensive....I'm gonna get a plant and freeze some this summer. I used to produce it in vast quantities but it kind of took over in my little plot. Still I miss being able to have it because of the price. Lovely with ginger and natural yoghurt mmmmmmm......

There is loads of it around. I bought an enormous bunch off the market yesterday and baked it today.

In fact I bought some last week too.
