Anyone know a easy healthy sauce to go with steak?

I do one with crushed garlic and chopped sundried tomatoes - fried up in the pan with the meat juices - then stir in a bit of creme fraiche. The original version of the recipe had green olives in it too, but I don't like them...

no sauce, if you cook it right (i.e. no more than med rare) you don't need any sauce :P english mustard. perhaps a giant grilled mushroom or two.
