Line shallow bun tins (like mine pie size) with shortcrust pastry. Smear a little dijon mustard in each one. Line the bottom of each with quartered cherry tomatoes - not too many, they want to sit on the bottom of the tart, not fill it up. About 4 or 5 quarters per tart ime. Top with grated gruyere. Bake about 15-20 mins at 200 until cheese melted and going brown. Best served cold or lukewarm. Delish.

Not really a recipe, but blinis topped with smoked salmon and cream cheese always go down well.

Am making Delia's blinis with soured cream and salmon at the weekend for a party. They are always lovely and knock spots off any you can buy.

Mini yorkshire puddings, squirt of dyjonaise, slice of rare steak. Can be prepared in advance and then be assembled at last minute.
