I want to cook chicken breasts with a stilton sauce - not sure how to cook the chicken though!!!

Sounds really stupid I know but I had this the other night in a restuarant and it was gorgeous. Want 2 cook it tonight but not sure how to cook the chicken

or... put them in a roasting tin with about half a cup of water, cover with tin foil and bake in the oven for about half an hour.

You will have lovely, moist chicken breasts which don't need to be particularly brown or crispy because you are planning on covering them with stilton sauce.
