I would really like to make them this weekend.

I know it's just potatoes in a tomato sauce but how do I cook the potatoes and how what does the sauce consist of?

Thank you.

I think you should definitely include chorizo somewhere as cheap, can buy at any supermarket and you can just cook with a tin of chopped toms, some garlic and herbs and hey presto!!

Newbarnsleygirl · 07/04/2005 14:59

A' say lass, thas not from blummin Ilkley moor and a don't talk like that duck.

I am a laydeeeeeeeeeeee!

Whymummy, it just said in the recipe use beef or veal mixed with pork. I didn't know if beef and lamb would be a strange combination.

Right so far I am doing...

Honey and lemon grilled chicken
Patatas Bravas
Spanish omelette
Albondigas
A DIY tuna salad
and a partridge in a pear tree!

That should be enough for 4 people shouldn't it?

P.S Have you thought of doing spanish cooking classes WM?

Any suggestions, remember people, keep it simple!

Forgot to add I might make my own bread as well and smear it with some sort of tasty sauce.
