My 13 month old DD seems determined to eat a banana skin She loves bananas but always goes for the skin and gets annoyed when I put it in the bin. Is there any reason she can't eat a bit? Don't imagin she would eat loads of it anyway?

You can eat Plantain skin so I don't see why not.

No doubt she will just take a bite and spit it out anyway.
