Any phantastic non-christmassy recipes involving cranberrys??

Is there such a thing? I though cranberrys outwith the Christmas season were illegal but have been given some - fresh ones.

I have been putting dried ones (they were on offer at Tescos) into flapjack and muffins.

I am sure it would work with fresh.

There is obviously not a lot of call for cranberrys this time of year
