if you wanted to make a butternut and feta lasagne, how would you go about it?

am thinking i'll roast the butternut, coat with pesto and add some pine nuts and feta. but it needs some kind of sauce.

ok - different idea.

roast butternut and add pine nuts and feta. then use pesto as sauce, but not too much as it's quite strong... perhaps alternate with another sauce. maybe mushroom.
