How do I defrost/cook food I have frozen

I get them out either the mornign or the night before and let them defrost before cooking.

It depends what it is but I defrost everthing in the fridge overnight, or at room temperature during the day.

I always reheat in the oven/on the cooker.

I don't use the microwave very much tbh.

If unorganised (as I am most of the time) use the defrost button on the microwave, then heat on high once defrosted.
I do prefer to take out in advance though.

Depends what the food is. I do as chops and remove either the might before and defrost in the fridge, or that morning nd defrost on the draining board. I just recently bought a load of pyrex dishes with lids that can go in the freezer/oven/microwave which are great for just this sort of thing.
