quick! anyone got a chicken/ bacon/ mushrooms/ creamy/white wine sauce recipe handy?

i thought i had one, got all ingredients out and ready and now cant find it! we are eating it for our lunch with pasta or rice or whatever!!

Fry chicken/bacon in a little olive oil/butter. Set aside ( i find it easier than cooking mushrooms int he same pan).
Fry mushrooms in some butter with some garlic, salt and pepper. Once nicely browned, put the meat back in. pour in appropriate amount of white wine - normally enough to cover the bottom of the pan - and let it bubble for a minute or two. Add some cream/creme fraiche, stir through and eat.
