The paste is separate to the meat iirc although can't be arsed to go get the book out to check.

I would have thought, just substitute your leftover chicken where he tells you to put the chicken in in the recipe & make sure it's cooked through properly before serving

Do it like I said in my first post, just add the chicken when you add the curry paste to the onions, ginger, chilli and coriander stalks

Then carry on as per the recipe, making sure the chicken is cooked through before serving.

Would you like me to type out the recipe for you?

I don't think it would tbh, you need to be sure that already cooked chicken is thoroughly cooked before you can serve it anyways so I would put it in at the same point as it says in the recipe
