if i put the lamb chops in a casserole dish and the 'stock' (its a leftover of the pork/cabbage/cranberry casserole previously made) in, would that work? or should i cook the chops separately and then use the stock as gravy?
i do have a slow cooker, but i don't think either the chops or stock are defrosted yet.
also, would it be okay reheated tomorrow for ds? would then be reheated twice though.
