when you say "mince bit" do you mean mince with vegs etc in it? Turn it into a chili or a bolognaise type sauce.

You could turn it into a chilli and then use it to stuff tacos or fajitas or similar.

Just have it again as it is with baked potatoes or mash.

Yes sorry the mince/veg/gravy bit but none of the mash

Use it as a filling for jacket spuds.
