do you have creme friache? if not stir in some mustard (dijon, wholegrain, english)into your white sauce...any old white wine around? add a slosh to your cooked pork before adding sauce. slow cook a chopped onion in butter first and then remove and then chop up the pork....goes nicely with rice

I know this is minging but I love them with Chicken Supernoodles. Probably a bit of a throwback to being a student. Always have loads of veg too.

I was going to suggest the mustard route . Put some on the rind ( wholegrain) then make a mustard sauce . I do one with chicken stock , cornflour, mustard and a dash of cream ( optional). Serve with rice maybe with some froz veg thrown in.

cook them with chopped up apples- delicious!
Fine with rice and veg.

You could do yours and DH's/DP's with cider too....

Not the supernoodles then?
You don't know what you're missing. Is a taste sensation
