Have got a big bag of frozen forest fruits in the freezer and a toddler who won't eat fruit. But will eat fruit bars / flapjacks. ANyone got a easy recipe for flapjacks / fruit bar type thing that I can put frozen berries in?

You can also make lovely smoothies or milkshakes with them. I have a dc who doesn't like eating fruit but he loves smoothies and milkshakes.

i'd love a flapjack recipe like this so will watch this thread.

does he like yoghurt or ice cream? put froxen fruits in pan with a bit of cinnamon or mixed spice and cook until mulched down. puree then stir into natural yoghurt or pour over icecream.

Oats, 1/2 pack butter or marge, a large mug of sugar or (splenda if its for me) and anything else you want to throw in (fruit, nuts, seeds etc.
Melt it all together (microwave or pan on the hob). Bung it in the oven 25min or less, score it into slices when warm, leave to cool.
Roberts your mothers brother!
( Sorry I never measure it accurately but this should do it nicely.)
