i dont always peel and skin goesc runchy like jacket potatoes

normally 45mins depending on size

sweet potatoes cook a lot quicker though Usthree, so add them later otherwise they'll turn to mush.

Usthree · 14/01/2009 14:04

How long do they take 12stone?

As blonde said - allow about 45 mins for pots, carrots and parsnips (peeled or not it's up to you - I tend to not) and add the sweet potatoes after 20 mins or so. They should all be lovely at the same time

Thanks 12stone
