Mine has been in the oven the correct amount of time at the temperature it states (plus mines a fan oven) but when I went to take it out it wobbled so have popped it back in for another ten mins.
Did you find the baking time was about right?
Am hopeless at telling when cakes are done. Only thing is its a 10 inch recipe but I could only find a 9 inch tin so do you think I should give it longer?
