Can you freeze sweet potato wedges?

I'm going to roaqst them with some garlic and some rosemary for dd's lunch.

Is it possible to freeze the excess ones and defrost them in the mic when required?

i'd say yes, but they may not be as crunchy, they may go a bit soggy?
but you can buy frozen roasties, so can't think why not? just might be nicer reheated in oven.

i don't know, but can't see any reason why not. but i am a fan of batch cooking and freezing, for convenience
