its my dads birthday tomorrow and he is coming over tommorow night as i wanted to cook him a nice meal. I am doing a spicy roast parsnip soup with crusty bread, then steak with large mushroom and mature cheddar on top with mini baked potatoes green beans and baby carrots with a red wine and shallot sauce, and last chocolate torte with fresh raspberries and thick double cream. mmmmmmmmmmm i think it sounds yummy what do you all think? Also does ne1 actually know how to make a red wine and shallot sauce?
