Smoked salmon - suggestions for breakfast or lunch that don't involve scrambled eggs, blinis, brown bread or bagels (not that I have anything against 'b' words....)

I have some friends coming to stay for the weekend, and have some smoked salmon that I want to get rid of could use, but I am a leetle bit bored with serving it on blinis, with scrambled eggs on bagels, and plain on brown bread.
So, oh wonderful imaginative lovely people, some suggestions please?

I thank you.

For lunch it is lovely on pasta with asparagus and a cream/creme fraiche sauce.

I make a starter / canape by mixing chopped smoked salmon with creme fraiche, very finely diced red onion & fresh dill and spreading on to squares of black bread (or dark rye if you can't find proper Russian-style black bread). Sounds sinplistic, but really is lovely.

Penne al salmone - google it, you'll get loads of recipes back.

Also good in a wrap with cream cheese, rolled and then chopped into bite size pieces. A bit like blinis I know, but not exactly the same.

What about asian style with a soy, sesame oil, rice vinegar and sugar dressing and some chopped up spring onions? Goes nice with some water cress leaves to make an easy starter.

smoked salmon risotto with lemon and white wine. This is my new fave easy but impressive dish to make.
