anyone make their own tortillasw? Have seen a kit and thinking would be great for gluten free lunchboxes

Anyone ever tried it? seems easy

I don't have a kit but I have made my own tortillas without one. I make a mixture of 1 cup flour to 1/2 cup water, knead the dough, divide it into balls and roll them out. I cook them in an ungreased frying pan over a high heat for about a minute each side. I have made them using oats ground up in a coffee grinder to make flour and they worked well.

No kit here but I make tortillas in a Le Crueset frying pan. V easy
