i think if you reboil it for an hour, cool it quickly and then freeze it, it should be ok, from what i have heard, it has been in the fridge?

but i don't want you to get ill?

Aaargh ... okay will chuck it [sob emotion]. Serves me right really - I did freeze .5litre yesterday, wonder whether I ought to chuck that too? What do you reckon. Don't want to chance it as would use it for cooking for children and certainly wouldn't want to poison them !
