I have most of a pot of double cream with courvoisier in it. Must be eaten today. What to make?

Is there something I can make with it - I can't see us managing it "neat"? All suggestions gratefully received!

What about truffles....just need chocolate and as it is christmas there is generally copious amounts in all households.
