Honey roast ham - what else goes in the glaze?

Normally I just so a small ham joint and don't bother with a glaze, but I thought I'd do a honey-roast one for Christmas time. I've got a recipe which says honey, sherry & demerara sugar, and another which says honey, mustard and vinegar.

What do other people do which they think is nice?

And can I just roast it if I end up getting one bigger than my largest saucepan?

We use honey, mustard, a little orange juice and brown sugar. I love it.

About the roasting, I would talk to your butcher about the particular ham you buy, as it will depend on the meat, I think.

I've done it with apricot jam before
