I am thinking garlicky white winey?

I have:
lemons
craime fraiche
parsley
white wine
garlic
onions
king prawns
white crab meat
I just don't know how to put it together!!!

Sweat the onions/garlic gently, add the wine and lemon juice and reduce gently. Add the creme fraiche, parsley, prawns and crab meat - heating gently. I'm feeling very hungry now!
