Would you do jacket poatatoes even if they had eyes ?

I was going to put some potatoes in the oven but I have noticed they have eyes .

Now do I just pick them off or do I forget about the spuds and do something else ?

I am tempted to pick but not sure

Sure, but I draw the line at noses

pick off the eyes and gouge out the surrounding flesh, because when potatoes start to sprout they produce some poisonous thing wot I can't remember the name of, but it's not good for you

Yes, definitely take the eyes out first.

It would be cruel not to, as otherwise they will see that you're putting them in the oven and freak out
