they stuck to the kitchen paper and came out all crumbly, and only a couple stayed in one piece!

Bitterly disappointed, bitterly!

any tips ladies?

Make them into the base of a dessert

Sprinkle on fruit in place of crumble topping

Add to ice cream

WewishyouaBUMPERLICIOUS - I let them rest for the recommended time... 10 mins, then gently lifted them out the baking tray onto wire tray and left them for a good half hr, if not longer, no wait.... it was - much longer, I remember now....

It is all in the baking/greaseproof paper. I used really £££ stuff from Lakeland and it was the only time my flap jacks didn't stick.

How are you, btw? Was wondering about you. Used to be someone else!
