I got that Hidalgo one last year, nice but very pale and dry. Sometimes a sweeter one is good at Christmas

Go for dry not sweet: Olorosso, Fino, Amontillado,

Keep nice and chilled in fridge.

Get three!! La Gitana - dry and delicioso
Solera Dry Amontillado - have with ham
Solera Palo Contada - yum yum

If you can only get one - the La Gitana is our fave - and my DH is Spanish and knows his sherry!
