Where can I buy turkey giblets (without the turkey)?

This year's strategy is to cook as much as I can in advance. I want to make giblet gravy and freeze it. Anyone any ideas?

speak to a local butcher, and ask for some. Lots of people don't want giblets so they are just binned by them.

Yeah I'm looking for a place who sells Turkey hearts neck etc... Its good for my cats

If u here of anywhere let me know will buy in bulk too.
