It is OK to re-freeze fish after cooking isn't it?

So if I defrost some fish, make and cook a fish pie and then freeze leftovers, it's OK?

I used to make fish pie then freeze it, I don't see a problem.

I think so - because you're refreezing after cooking it should be fine.
