mini cheese and tomato pizzas using puff pastry?

veggie nuggets? with a dip of come kind?

cheese and pineapple on sticks- not the most adventurous but as you say they are 3 yr olds!

cheese straws

falafels- maybe too adult?

Cheese sandwiches?

Egg mayo sandwiches?

Individual quiches?

Little platter of cut up raw veg with garlic dip (bit of garlic Boursin with a bit of natural yoghurt mixed in)

If yu can do dairy, make a dip - a pot of creme fraiche beaten with a garlic boursin, or a plain tub of philadelphia, serve with vege sticks and mini breadsticks

HTH

Houmous, pitta bread and carrot sticks

Veggie sausage rolls (I use Cauldron sausages)

Vol au vents

Cake or biscuits are vegetarian!

Buy some frozen cheese and onion rolls, bake 'em. There you go.

No, I'm a slimmer version of you (yoghurt rather than creme fraiche)

Linda Mcartney range does veggie sausage rolls. You could also make a Marmite wheel. Roll out some puff pastry, spread with Marmite , cover with grated cheese roll up into a sausage and brush outside with milk or egg, depending on allergies. Cut into rounds and bake. My toddler loves this.
